Assume that any photo is a library photo, not the actual item you will receive, unless expressly mentioned above. Item has been pulled from salvage machine so expect the item to be in a used condition with minor scuffs etc.

Unless expressly mentioned in the description, there will be no other parts included with the item. This includes items such as drivers, cables, manuals, warranty cards etc. Hard drives, tape drives, caddies etc. will not include any screws, fixing rails unless expressly mentioned.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
