All of our screens have been tested and graded to ensure they are in full working order and arrive in the condition you expect.

Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - Like new, no missing pixels. Very minor scratches that do not affect the performance of the screen.

Good - Grade B - Up to 5 missing pixels, possible light scratches or pressure marks.

Fair - Grade C - Can have deeper scratches or blemishes and 6 or more missing pixels.

Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches

Good - Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes

Fair - Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
