This palmrest has been tested and visually graded. Please refer to the pictures for further details.

Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches

Good - Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes

Fair - Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part.

Please ensure you know exactly what part you require. If you are unsure please write to us via eBay and include your machine serial and model number in the message

N. B. Bottom covers could have a different model engraved on them but the part number will be the same and that guarantees the compatibility with your device.
All plastic parts such as Covers, Palmrest etc. . . are advertised as a main part only and will not include small parts such as Camera, WiFi antenna, PCBs etc. . . . Those parts could be present but are not part of the listing.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
