All of our screens have been tested and graded to ensure they are in full working order and arrive in the condition you expect.

There are many compatible part numbers for laptop screens so it does not need to match exactly. If you are unsure please get in touch with the part number from the back of your old screen and we can advise which compatible part you will require.

Screen grading:

Very Good - Grade A - The front glass and/or LCD is in like-new condition, with no visible defects/faulty pixels or pressure marks, may have very minor unoticeable scratches.

Good - Grade B - The front glass and/or LCD could have some light scratches or very small blemishes. It may have 1/2 missing pixels.

Grade C - The front glass and/or LCD could have deeper scratches, few faulty pixels and minor pressure marks.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
