Please mind the Faulty Battery.

This Palmrest has been tested, and the keys and the keyboard backlit work properly. However, the battery is FAULTY, therefore the item is sold as FAULTY, for parts only. There is also a deep bent on the right side of the trackpad. Please see the pictures for details.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
