This palmrest has been tested and visually graded as Grade C. However, there is one key ("Enter") which does not click properly. The keyboard has been tested, and it is in full working condition. Battery has been tested as Grade C - Fair. Please refer to the pictures for further details.

Please ensure you know exactly what part you require. If you are unsure please write to us via eBay and include your machine serial and model number in the message.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
