Each case has been classed as Grade B - The item is in good cosmetic condition, with light scratches, minor blemishes or minor scuffs. It has been thoroughly tested and is in full working order.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
