Each case has been classed as Grade C - Fair -??The controller will have significant signs of wear and tear. Please expect deep scratches, scuffs, dents and/or discolouration. The controller will not include charger or any vital accessories. Pictures are for reference only, cosmetic condition may vary, the cases will be picked at random.

Shipping

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Order placed after 12pm or at the weekend will be shipped the following business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
