This palmrest has been tested and visually graded.

All plastic parts such as Covers, Palmrest etc. . . are advertised as a main part only and will not include small parts such as flexes, I/O boards etc. . Those parts could be present but are not part of the listing.

Cosmetics:

Very Good - Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches

Good - Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes

Fair - Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part.

Battery Health:

Very Good - Grade A, between 90% or greater of its original design capacity remaining and up to 250 cycle count.

Good - Grade B, between 75% and 89% of its original design capacity remaining and up to 500 cycle count.

Fair - Grade C, between 50% and 74% of its original design capacity remaining and up to 750 cycle count.

Shipping

Used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
